Retired pound-for-pound great Floyd Mayweather was in New York attending a press junket to promote the super-middleweight unification clash between one of his fighters WBC titlist Badou Jack, and IBF champion James DeGale, when he decided to make an unscheduled stop at the Trump Tower, owned no less by President-Elect Donald J. Trump.

Furthermore, Trump, who was an unlikely candidate, and an even more unlikely winner in the Presidential elections was chuffed to meet and greet the iconic pugilist, as was the former five-divisional champ who was all smiles as he snapped a shot with the Republican and his son Donald Trump Jr., who by the way, posted the pic on social media platform Twitter.

So, does this mean Mayweather gets a seat in Trump’s cabinet?

Stranger things have happened; Trump beating Hillary Clinton to the White House is one.
